You don’t need to wait to report a claim!  If you have a claim, and its after office hours or on a weekend, you can contact our carrier’s 24/7 claims department directly.  Your carrier’s contact links can be found on our website or our mobile app (iphone download  android download)

Your child just passed his/her driver’s license test, now what?  It’s an exciting day for the young driver and a day of angst for their parents.  Don’t forget to call your agent!  Your child residing in your home is automatically covered under your policy, but we need to assign them to a car and work with you to develop an affordable plan. Many times we find out about the licensing months after they passed their test and there is now a large premium past due.  Don’t let this happen to you!  Your agent can recommend the best coverage and plan to make this a safe and affordable experience

If you are purchasing a house, don’t wait until the last minute to contact your agent.  While we can develop a quote for you Home Owner’s insurance in a few minutes, we must physically inspect each property to ensure that is acceptable to our carriers.  The normal turnaround time for our inspection company is one week.   We can occasionally rush an inspection but it’s not always possible.  Many mortgage companies are asking for proof of insurance to be issued 10 days to 2 weeks before a scheduled closing.  Now you can see how things really back up.  We will do our best to accommodate your needs but ask that you give us as much time as possible to do a good job!
